Drink the water to the maximum it is not harmful for your body. The only thing to be kept in mind is that the water intake immediate after your meals is not advisable.

The sugar or sweets intake in the body should be kept as minimum as possible. Your daily beverages like tea or coffee should be served without cream and sugar. If it is without milk, it will be a cherry on the top.

Having Raw and unprocessed food is the best to keep your body healthy. Eating fruits, vegetables, salads and organic food is the best source of Healthy and Nutritious Food which provides your body with all essential proteins, vitamins and minerals and eliminates the unnecessary fats.

  • Try not to eat food outside your home say hotels and restaurants.
  • Detox your body once a week.
  • Keep a check on your calorie intake.
