After 27 years, for the first time, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has come to power by winning strikingly in the Delhi Assembly elections after a reign of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). It is interesting to note that the BJP has decided to elect Rekha Gupta. A relatively unknown face from among the party leaders in the region as the CM of the state.
